Hi, I went in with an iPad that had a blank screen and left it for repair. When I returned I was pleasantly surprised when the tech told me he didn't have to replace any components but was able to reset the iPad and now it worked fine. He didn't charge me a thing. I appreciated the honesty at this repair shop because they could have told me that something expensive was nessasary but they did the right thing. Very pleased!
