Having had an extremely bad experience with another Storage Facility. It was great to be treated with courtesy and efficient service. The Manager Brian and his Assistant Manager could not do enough for me. The Facility is spotless and they have cutting edge security. I can rest easy knowing that my classic vehicle is safe and secure. Well done keep up the good work.

Needed small storage as house being built, needed contacts photo ID . Vic. License photo Not good enough resolution couldn't supply a contact # as photo at home . Never thought of myself as a national security risk but the whole experience has left that impression. Counter staff are good. The whole experience has been ____ed.

Can't believe you have to sell them your contact details before viewing for price and availability. It's 2024 and still business doing like this. The price is also way too much compare to alternative storage solutions.

The employees at Storage King Cockburn were very helpful on the phone explaining everything to me. I also came to the offices so they could explain everything to me in person they were very helpful. I have never done anything like this before and I felt very assured the items in my storage unit would be safe and secure . Highly recommend Storage King in Cockburn.
