Rod and Monique have been amazing throughout my search to find the perfect storage unit. I needed something not to hot out of the weather and bright enough to see the things I have in it. Over the last few months he has keep in touch with how the search is going and is willing to go the extra mile to find the perfect spot. And he has!! I move from the unit I now occupy to a larger brighter spot in a few weeks time. He has made my life easy and I appreciate all his help. Rod and Monique are always happy with bright smiles. I cannot fault the guys and facilities at Storage King Fairfield! They helped me with a myriad of questions - both on the phone ( I live in a rural area far from Melbourne) and in person - and were friendly, professional and happy to help solve problems. Other storage places could learn a lot about how they conduct the storage business. Highly recommended.

Waited at the door patiently until the woman working there had finished with a client. The gentleman working there was also dealing with a client. No Drama. They will atend to me when they are free. Its a sunny day... i'm stressed about moving but i'm sure they will put me at ease. The woman working their finishes with her client, glances at me (the entire office is glass... literally glass... possibly with some perspex), and proceeds to walk away to go make herself a coffee in the next room (still with a visual on outside) - nice. I had been waiting somewhere between 5-10 mins at this point. I open the door thinking she had not seen me and i am standing in the doorway whilst she is making her coffee and she walks past me again and proceeds to help the man working there (well looks over his shoulder probably playing good storage person / bad storage person with the potential client) I didn't want to interrupt the lady client since it was my impression they were trying to grift her and she was holding her own... anyway... the warehouse guy walks past me (i'm standing in the door just trying to be noticed) and he too kinda ignores me (but he was on a mission so i am ok with that).... i ask him if anyone worked here and he said just see the lady there... (i was right this whole time!!!!... all the signs pointed elsewhere but i KNEW she worked there. ) Finally... i ask her for some help since waiting politely wasn't working... once she has her coffee an returns to her seat... i say i need between 5-6 cubic metres.... she tells me to have a seat so she can start her sales pitch. I say i know what i need since i have stored this before and could she just tell me the price. Offers me a price much more expensive than the other places i had sourced and then offers me 10% discount for cash. Why? ATO.... Why? I ask if she can do any better i have better quotes she says 'no we are a different company - what do you want to do?' (i could tell at this point i was getting in the way of he nescafe blend 43 hit and how dare i not just accept her overpriced quote and bypass the sales pitch... and nice form etc) I explain no i'll be good i will go somewhere where they at least acknowledge my presence and probably muttered a swear word. Just my experience.

My friend and I needed storage quick, Storage King Kingston were very friendly, gave us our first month FREE then about 3 months later I realized I was 4 days late with my payment and quickly rang them, the lady on the other end was so nice and understood and I paid it over the phone.. I feel my items are safe there aswell

This is the first time we have used a storage facility and believe we chose the best, all staff members have been very helpful and informative and made our moving house experience stress free. We have since downsized our storage unit which again was very easy to do, thanks again Storage King Kingston.

We warehouse and promote a number of our business products here and made the best decision moving to Storage King Rockdale. The staff have been fantastic and extremely helpful in assisting us in every way. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using their services to do so. Great service, very clean, good prices and always on hand to help . You can not ask for more!
