My experience with this company is vastly different to everybody else's which makes me sceptical as to whether these people have actually used the storage facilities other than benefited from the business. My experience at Storage King Chatswood: * 2 x more expensive than the Artarmon Branch * Late fees are exorbitant and you if you are a few days late you get hounded by phone, email * Customer Service and communication outside of "your late your late pay now" is non existent * Water in the storage room * Ants in the Storage Room * Missing a Vacuum Cleaner after the lock was cut to "inspect" the room. So after 2 years and around $5K for a bad experience I would recommend anybody looking for storage in Chatswood to shop around and investigate alternatives.

Great location, easy to access, Storage King Springwood is everything you would want in a Storage Facility. The Office staff are fantastic and very helpful. This is the first time I have ever had to use a storage facility and the girl in the office was so helpful and friendly. She gave me a good deal on the 1st floor. She even offered me the use of their delivery truck for free. Good Service, Reliable and Clean. I would recommend them to everyone (and I have done) great work guys.:)

I have only been storing for 3 months, but love having the space back in my house! The manager at the location I use is wonderful. He answered all of my questions during my initial call, and continues to provide excellent service. Thanks for the great service!

We first made contact with Storage King Browns Plains by email from the UK, regarding our imminient (but not yet definite) move to Australia. Right from the outset, Paul and Tameike were of amazing assistance. No question was too silly and replies to all my emails were extremely prompt. We finally set a date to move and the contents of our 2 bedroom house was shipped over. We couldn't advise a definite date of arrival of our goods, yet this was not a problem. Once it did arrive, things moved swiftly and without much effort on our part. We then stored our belongings for four months, during which time any dealings we had with Storage King was outstanding. Paul dealt with all my emails and requests immediately - nothing seemed to be too difficult. I am very pleased we chose Storage King Browns Plains and I would very happily recommend Paul and his team.

My company needed storage on short notice - and had organised nothing! Storage King at Eastgardens helped us with every single thing we needed to do! It could not have been easier. I still find it hard to believe how quickly they were able to get us organised.

Very helpful staff, with excellent facilities, and good locaction, you have your own entrance security code and put your own padlock on your unit, also you can buy any packing materials necessary for your move,i would store again with them.
