Brian the Manager couldn't do enough for me as he took me on a Tour of their great facilities. On arrival day with my classic vehicle I was again treated the way that a Customer should be (I have had an extremely bad experience with another nearby Storage Facility ( Wilson Storage in Caroline Springs). Customer service from emma and karen was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are both great assets to the company. Would highly recommend without hesitation to anyone. Pricing was very reasonable and was a bonus to have free use of the truck to move my household goods.

Very bad customer service experience customer representative was very rude arrogant. I don’t care attitude with not care factor and loud and rude way to avoid customer he mention his name is “Thomas “ not sure if it’s his real name or he lied. Avoid this facility and thanks for making me feel guilty for coming to your facility.

The service and assistance at Storage King Hamilton Central is terrific. My mothers household items were in storage for 3 years, and the staff were very obliging and helpful in the long legal period following her death. They communicated well and made the process a lot easier. When we were finally able to legally access her unit the items were in very good condition. The staff ( Shane, Mohan and "Shan") continue to be outstanding in providing information and assistance in clearing the unit - greatly appreciated when you live in a different city. Highly recommended facility and customer service.
