Not recommended Rude islander lady staff. She got angry on me..her tone of her voice wasn't very polite . No customer service at all. Felt unwelcome in my own storage.

There were some mix ups with my online order of moving boxes and initally I was a little annoyed. But Robert went above and beyond to fix the issue - delivering boxes to me personally on the same day and even adding some additional items that I didnt pay for, just to make up for it! Really great service would recommend!
