    Subaru service I?ve been going to this location since I bought my 1st Subaru there in 2017. Service has gone downhill since then. I always had good service, but communication seems to be lacking lately. I spoke to a service advisor when I came in for four new tires. I expressed two separate issues that I wanted done and asked about additional reg size spare tire that I wanted to get using one of my old tires. I never realized that the person I was speaking with was not ?my service advisor?. I was eventually sent a text while in waiting area, but still didn?t know who my service advisor was, only assuming it was the person I first spoke with at service counter. Long story short, my car was ready who knows how long before I was ever contacted by my service advisor, who had never even spoken to me or even introduced himself to me (no not the person I left my car with). I found out only by wandering back up to service counter. He said ?Oh, you were talking to someone? was his excuse for not telling me my car was ready. He also didn?t know anything about my requests? WHICH WERE NOT HONORED OR INVESTIGATED!?!? Oops, well too late now! So when I inspected my tires and found out they didn?t honor my request, I texted my advisor. I waited 15 min didn?t show his face so I just left! I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and drive across town to go to this location (even when a closer one 3 miles away) but will probably start using one closer in future. Oh, and my service advisor finally texted me back? lol 30 minutes AFTER I got home!

    Leasing a subaru Kelly was fantastic. This is the 4th car we have leased from this dealership since 2018. This most recent one with Kelly was the best experience.

    So pleased. My salesman Jalil was outstanding. I was there four different times deciding between a resale or new Outback Touring . He was honest,helpful and very patient .He even went to to pick up a my Outback in another town . He is the only reason I traveled to the other side of Houston when there was a much closer Subaru place to us. Mr Thom Chou in finance was also a pleasure to work with.
