Had an appointment at 11:00 with a 45 minute wait. Mechanic did touch it until 12:16. Chatted with service and was told if I wanted to speak to manager I could get an email or a phone call. I explained I would prefer in person but the response was email or phone with an exclamation point. Miserable place going to look for another place to get service.

The most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen And I buy a new vehicle every two years. So much to write and the mistreatment And incompetence is a direct reflection of the general managers lack of being in touch. Daniel in finance should be fired along with a couple others. If we ever tells you don’t worry about it, then you better worry about it.
