In 2014 I visited Gillman Honda AFTER doing my research on what vehicle I was going to purchase for my daughter. I met Frank. Frank compared some vehicle form me vehicle. Which surprised me a little; my daughter ended liking the one he picked for her. My pocket book also like the one the he picked out for her too. He made things very easy, I thought I had to do my usual back and forth which I hate and I normally will walk out. But it did not take long to get what we want it. For that we came back again in 2015. This time I also let him pick out model for my daughter (because of his expertise in Honda vehicles) I pick out the color for my daughter. Frank makes things easy for me from the beginning to the end. I have yet to see any salesperson out do him from his Customer skills to his Management Skills. Gillman Honda is very lucky to have such a great sales person who is so valuable to their dealership. I will certainly be back for another vehicle. Best car purchase experience ever! After 15 years with my Honda CR-V purchased at a different local dealer, I dreaded the day I would have to purchase a new one. The day came today. ( Although still in good condition it needed repairs and I thought it was a good time to invest in a new one). Knowing we were going to be buying, I read up on what car I wanted, did lots of research, then still unsure used the Internet to get price quotes. I was put into contact with Mr. Kirit Khatri. Mr. Khatri was very responsive, and contacted me immediately after my web inquiry went through. He was very informative and extremely helpful in providing me with quotes and availability of the models I was seeking. (Even though others initially responded, none continued the process). He provided information on models that would work with the budget I was looking to stay within, and made himself available by both email and phone for every Inquiry I made. When my husband and I showed up at the dealer unexpectedly, he greeted us immediately and never did we feel pressured into a decision. He assisted us every step of the way, and really seemed to be more concerned about what would work for us then the sale itself. We had a certain number in mind for bottom line and stood firm. Kirit worked with us, and after only being there 2.5 hrs ( including test drive time), we were signing papers on our 2015 Honda Accord touring! My wife and I have purchased a 2001 Accord and 2005 Pilot from Gillman Honda San Antonio and each time we have received excellent customer service from the sales consultant and the loan/business representative . Last week, Mr. Warren Koch answered our questions about the Honda Accord Sport Sedan that we were interested in purchasing.
