Weston was my salesperson and my experience was EXCEPTIONAL with him. Weston went out of his way to ensure the affordability of a car that would meet my personal needs of pastoral ministry that requires many, many miles. He worked with me for several hours yesterday until I ultimately couldn’t end up affording the car we landed on due to some financial difficulties. He then put in so much time and effort last night to make a better offer for me today with the model of car I had previously been looking at. God is so good and I’m so grateful to have had this experience. If you shop here, choose Weston. You will not be disappointed— he is so unlike other salespeople who are in it solely for the sale and the money.

You ever need to get a hold of someone but they never answer? These are your guys! When it comes to buying a car everyone is at your fingertips. However, there isn’t any post customer service. Their finance department has to be the absolute worst when it comes to picking up the phone and providing information. I can’t leave a voicemail because the inbox is full. Can’t really expect a callback either from them. Now to be fair, I can’t speak on the service and parts department. They usually answer. Just be warned what to expect after purchasing your vehicle.

I just purchased my second car from Troy at Gillman Honda for my son. He absolutely loves it. Troy made the process easy and straight forward. I love the service I get from Gillman , "Fast and friendly " is how I would describe this dealer from the sales staff to the service center.
