Stopped into Gillman Honda today for a quick state inspection and was greeted by an Albert Cantu, very cordial and professional. Well versed and spoken when talking about my vehicle. Albert spent the time to explain to me the process and wait time and stayed engaged with me chit chatting while working. Most places just take your info and point you to the waiting room, but not Albert, he made me feel important as a customer not just a quick state inspection. I’ll be going back to Gillman to see Albert for any of my needs , and will be passing his info on to other family and friends for their needed services. I just wish more dealerships had great service advisors like Albert working, he truly is a great example of customer service and friendliness that all service writers should be. Go see Albert, and tell him I sent you!

My wife and I went into gain information on the Civics and Accords. Mr. Weston was very pleasant and extremely helpful in assisting us. He answered all questions and was happy to help. There was no pressure applied as he was extremely informative and patient with all the questions we asked. We barely started our search for a new accord or civic and had many uncertainies and little knowledge going into the dealership. He helped ease any uncertainties and educated us on all the different options. I will definitely seek out his service when my wife and I decide on which model we are going to go with.
