Please stay away from the service , they will legally rob you, my car was there for service they robed me on the first step to diagnose the issue 200$ on spot , then spend 650$ to fix the issue and I paid and told me you are all set, the next day I have the same issue nothing was fixed , then came back to the dealer and shared my concern and dropped my car again and was there for 4 more days and finally told me the issue is electric not the part they changed before , again asked me for extra money , my question is whay I spend 650$ for the part I didn’t need it , second I am not even sure if they put the part . Remember if anything they said to be replace ask for the old part .

Let me preface this by saying I grew up at Gillman Honda back in the 80s and 90s. So this place has a special place in my heart. Each experience ends with my satisfaction of the service. Let me tell you this, I loooooove my service advisor Tobin. He takes the time to explain and give me the best service to make sure I have the best outcome. He is pleasant with conversation. Just all around amazing. If he is not my service advisor when I go, the other advisors are helpful but Tobin makes the visit a five star level of experience.
