Terrible place, I reserved a unit 15 days ago to move my home into. I spoke to the manager on site, and have email proof of my reservation. Just for them to email me the day I need to move saying they cannot rent me a unit??? I called saying asking why and all the say is sorry rent somewhere else? unreliable business do not give them your money.

this facility is a 10/10 would recommend and definitely use again!! the customer service here is phenomenal! Kelly is so helpful and so kind!! upon arrival the locker was clean and easy to access! i was going through a rough spot with lack of work and losing my home due to mold, the discount this facility offered really saved me! i couldn’t have expected anything better! thank you MapleLeaf storage on Lougheed
