Always good service. Burnaby site was older and kind of funky, but definitely functional and secure. Coquitlam site near Schoolhouse Road seems newer and nicer, even a real door on our unit. Is clean and convenient.

I've rented storage lockers a few different times to assist with moving between jobsites and storage of personal belongings as I organized my home. I always come to Coquitlam Maple Leaf and have for a couple of years. The staff, Louise and Kelly, are both very professional and friendly. Each time I've started a rental they had multiple units for me to choose from and were happy to walk and show me each unit so I could choose the one most appropriate. Also pointing out the particulars of each unit (access, price, etc.). I will definitely return tot Coquitlam Maple Leaf for my next storage needs.

The Maple Leaf Storage Team at Lougheed was exceptional! I don’t often expect much in the way of Customer Service from a storage facility but they went above and beyond. Moving from Vancouver Island was very stressful and not being able to see the units made me uneasy. I called many different storage facilities and Maple Leaf was the only one that provided me with pictures of the exact unit I would be renting! That, and the price comparing, it was a no brainer. Thanks Maple Leaf. I’ll definitely come back if I need storage in the future.
