Very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use them again if I need a storage place.

We loved our storage at MLSS! It's priced great and we had lots of room (more than we even needed) and it was well maintained and our belongings stayed in great conditions with no damage. The staff is helpful and very friendly and the locker access hours are perfect for our work schedule. We would definitely use MLSS again :)

Exceptional service and location

We used to rent the storage along Griffiths in Burnaby for a long time until the site has been closed late September 2020. We were offered to rent at Lougheed Highway and was accommodated for a half-price of the rent for few months...really appreciated for the generous offer. Great staff so with Kelly who used to work in Burnaby.

Kelly is amazing, very kind and helpful. When we had to move out of Burnaby location it was quite stressful, but Kelly made the Burnaby people feel welcome to this location and in doing so it helped ease the stress, which helped a lot more then she realizes. Thank you
