Check in was a breeze, staff are very polite, cheery and amazing to talk to. Very happy with the facility, staff and security.

Cindy and Myrtle were fantastic to deal with. They both did a thorough job of making sure I knew everything about the facility, walked me through the building. The facility is clean and secure. They made it a very easy and seamless transition after a long haul move.

First time renting with Maple Leaf. Excellent experience so far. Initial visit went really well. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Move in was easy and painless. Would recommend to anyone who needs storage space!

The whole process was handled so that it felt effortless. Over the phone the customer service team worked out the best arrangement for me personally and then in person at Calgary - Country Hills with Cindy was a blessing. She was so personable and helpful. She clearly explained the entire process, charges, my agreement and even personally showed me how to work the gate as I was having trouble. She made my interaction so postive that she is the only reason I'm doing this review. Shout out to Cindy - she should get a raise! A promotion! Head of Maple Hills Storage as a whole! Go Cindy!
