The employee that took care of us, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made it so simple and easy. We were totally happy with moving our household item in the storage unit.

I opened up a storage facility two years ago. Myrtle was there to help me and guide me through everything. I had moved my 90-year-old mother from her place to a dementia locked ward, it was so stressful. Then my mom passed away two months later. This is a wonderful storage facility and close to home. But it is Myrtle that truly helped many times over, whether it’s taking me to a new and different locker, or just listening to me complaining about the stresses that I had. I would like to give her five stars as well. She has AMAZING Customer service, and for that alone I would come back and use this facility.

My experience was amazing!! I was greeted warmly and explained everything so I understood what was going on. I was shown where to go and how to use the lock on my unit and I felt so welcome!!
