Every employee who helped me here at Mapleleaf was very friendly and efficient, with Henry being the best and the most responsible. Me and my family have multiple storage units and whenever we encounter difficulties, Henry can always solve our problems, showing upmost assurance and responsiveness. I’m happy that the company hired such qualified personnel with so much empathy, who is even willing to come to the office and assist me yesterday during BC day when I found out my existing unit can’t fit all my furnitures. Otherwise I would have to ask the movers to bring my stuff back home and reschedule.

The Richmond Maple Leaf Storage facilities are always well-maintained and clean. Very happy with the level of service I received from this location and you can always expect great service from Henry and his team! I also appreciate that the indoor storage units are temperature-controlled, making storage year-round ideal.
