Customer service is excellent. I always get an answer right away if I have any questions. Access is straightforward and the units are clean. I like how there is a dolly always ready by the elevator. I do notice an issue with mice, but then I guess that's hard to avoid these days.

I have used Maple Leaf Self Storage on two occasions and have been very happy with the service. I was given the opportunity to see several storage units before I choose the one that suited my needs. All the staff are friendly and also professional . I mostly talked to Henry who was able to answer all my questions. Should I require another storage unit then I would not hesitate to use Maple Leaf Self Storage.
