I came across this storage location while shopping around as I needed a place to keep our personal items for about 6 months. I am glad I chose this storage company and location as the service was absolutely exceptional.From the manager, Sorin and his staff, I got all the help needed to make the right choice for the storage size and all the necessary details for the paper work. This is not brushing them but simply the fact that they make all the difference in comparison with other places. The facility is brand new and heated, has all the necessary amenities, including the use of dollies or platforms to make the loading and unloading easy. Very clean and absolutely no strange odors. Convenient access off Stoney Trail in the NW. I will definitely be back when I need a place for storage and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing storage.

The staff at the Royal Oak location are very kind and helpful. The building is very clean, secure, and well supplied, would definitely recommend!
