EXCELLENT SERVICE! Wow. If I could give Leanne 10 stars I would. What was a hectic morning for me was soothed by her helpfulness and cheer and generosity of spirit. She helped me with a lock and also ensured the move-in process was smooth for me. I will recommend Maple Leaf thanks to her and definitely use them again in future. Thanks Leanne! Keep well!

Hello I am a 58 year old man with disabilities that lost the apt. that I was renting on May 28 of this year.The building had a major fire ,that displaced 22 rental tenants.Ive been outside ,without a place to rent! I rented a storage unit at the Sunridge location of Mapleleaf Storage.I got myself locked in their complex ,because I accidently was in the storage ,past 9:00 pm 0n a sunday evening.As my phone was powerless,due to no place to charge the battery.There is a( let yourself in and out0 of the storage facility.Between 5pm to 9pm on Sunday.I ended up being there past 9:00pm.So I got in the elevator and entried my pass code number into the keyboard.It would allow my pass code to function.It showed a light on to contact the manager.I could not use my phone,as it was not working ,due to a dead battery.Some how the elevator went down to the main floor.I exited the building and proceeded to the exit gate which to use it you have to go all around the block.I tried to enter my number to exit the property.? I was denied access to vacate the storage lot exit gate .Once again the keyboard showed a light on a memo to contact the store manager? That could not be done.I had my bicycle with me.I tried to throw my bike over their property fence,which is over 12 ft.in height.My attempt failed ,and my bicycle hit the ground.That broke my handlebars.No only did i get locked in ,I also did major damage to my bicycle,making it unuseable.!!!There is enough room to push my bike under the gate.But not room for my body .So I climbed up the fence,besides the gate.I did not climg up using the gate.That was on the 22nd of Oct.The following day i went to the office of Mapleleaf and explained that i got locked in.And had to climb the fence to vacate their property.They replied"We know ,we seen you on the security tape ." 3days later maple leafs manager contacted me via email.And "informed me that they had to call in a after hours gate sevice call. And told me that I caused their gate to malfunction.And that the gate would not close properly? I never climbed on that gate ,nor could i have caused any damage from climbing the fence next to the gate. When a gate is closed,Thats the most secure posision that a gate can be.????!!!!! impossble.I never left through that gate,so It was never opened .By me.MapleLeaf storage email stated that I am responsible for the cost to have their gate adjusted and realigned ? The sevice call for the gate people was an out of town company.That charged for that sevice call was an UNBELIEVEABLE SUM OF $550.00 ??????? Which mapleleaf staff told me that their nare going to wait for the invoice from the gate company.Then put that cost on MY ACCOUNT, as they claim that I did the damage????WHICH THAT AMOUNT WOULD BE ADDED TO MY MY ACCOUNT.AND THAT AMOUNT WOULD BE CONSIDERED NON PAYMENT OF RENT.aND IT WAS TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY.i RECIEVED THAT BILL COPY ON NOVEMBER 8.wHEN THERE IS A CONTRACTOR CALLED IN TO DO WORK.hE LEFT AND HE HAD TO HAVE LEFT A INVOICE THAT NIGHT.wHY DID IT TAKE OVER A WEEK ????? i ASKED TO REVIEW THE SECURITY TAPE FOOTAGE .aND THE STOTE MANAGER DINIED MY THAT OPTION.i AM BEING EXTORTED AND THATS S COSTING ME MY PROPERTY STORED THERE.tHEY ARE OUT OF LINE AND THEIVES.i REFUSE TO COVER THAT COST OF SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT CAUSE.its ROBBERY.....HELP ME LORD
