Front end staff are amazing. Felt like family every visit. I even introduced my mom and sister when they stopped by to help unload some items. Made the process very easy and smooth even though it was a stressful time for me. Price was good, because I booked online the unit was a bit far away but that’s the only thing that was not great with my experience. Have referred a couple people since then.

The only difficulty was choosing the size of locker we needed, the wife chose correctly. Everything we needed was there from the carts to move the items to boxes. Access was easy to the site and the locker, I also liked to security of the lockers.
