Used there services for 5 years never any problem

We used the Vancouver Wall Street location earlier this year and it was a great experience. We rented one of their 10' x 10' ground floor storage to keep our belongings while we were listing our place for sale. All the staff there were very friendly and helpful, they explained everything in detailed and always had treats in their office. Our storage room was spacious and clean. The hallways were very wide, making it easy to wheel all your stuff. They have plenty of different sized moving carts available at all times. We have since sold our property and moved our belonging out of the storage. Checking out was easy, as we just sent them an email confirmation. All in all we were very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

clean facility and great service

I have been a customer to Wall Street Maple Leaf Storage since January 2016 and over these 4 years they provided me an amazing and courteous service, taking a great care of my belongings and helping me many times when I need it. The staff is friendly, capable and helpful, the storage is very clean and organized, clean bathrooms and free coffee with cookies, what else to ask for ? ... all with a great location and easy access, and to make it even better, the cherry on the cake is the reasonable price compared to other places in the city. Cheers to this nice storage and the great staff !

Everyone working at this location is fantastic. They were all so friendly and helpful, and I have really enjoyed storing my belongings here. I highly recommend using them, as you will feel very safe, secure, and welcomed here! Thanks for all the help!
