Great place

We have met all the staff (Erin, Chris and Chad) who are very helpful and customer oriented. We got all our packaging needs from the store too. No hassle. Although we have arranged to begin our storage on a specific date, the movers had to reschedule a day earlier. We called and were informed that it was okay and they will be able to accommodate us.

The layout is easy to navigate, the facilities are clean and there are plenty of carts to borrow. The security system is very good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that made me uncomfortable about using the facility is the fact that not all customers wear masks inside; mask wearing should be checked and enforced for everyone's safety.

Chris and his team treat the facility and its customers with great care. The building is always neat, tidy and welcoming. Chris in particular goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. Very happy with our experience here.
