Phone wasn’t able to be charged. Battery Was also draining quickly. Technician said charging port was Working so I decided to install a new battery. Got phone Home and couldn’t charge it. Took phone back in and technicians stayed late to install a new charging port. Wasn’t happy that I had to take the phone back or that it was going to cost me more money but I appreciate the technicians willingness to stay late and fix it .
