My phone would not charge and I took it to the store that has my carrier and they looked at it. They blew some dust out of the charging socket but it still did not charge. They told me I could send it in to be repaired or they would gladly sell me a new phone. I went to the local CPR store and Karen said she would check it out. In less than 5 minutes she came out and it worked perfectly. I will go there for all my questions and repairs. They really know their phones.
