Jason was super helpful over the phone and told me I had a choice of 2 different replacement screens to choose from for my iPhone 6. WHAT? I had never been given a choice before so that was pretty awesome! I chose the cheaper one of course which saved me a lot. He told me that the only difference was that the screen wouldn't be as bright but that they were the same otherwise. No prob. Then, he teaches me ALL about my phone while I'm there. The condition of my phone, what to expect out of it, what Apple's up to, etc. It was really interesting. BUT THE BEST PART OF IT ALL IS... My phone has always been a challenge to type correctly on. Even straight out of the box I always had a hard time typing correctly, yet on everyone else's phone I could type fine! but now... it actually types perrrrrrrfectly. And I don't know why because I've had my screen replaced like 4 times, but for some reason my phone has been working better than it ever has before. THANK YOU!
