Very happy with my service. I had a battery that was giving an unreliable charge indication for my iPhone 5s (yeah, I know--it's old). Then it started to bulge, so I knew that I needed a new battery ASAP. It didn't help that I was from out of town with no transportation. When I got there, there were two people ahead of me and one guy at the counter, so I thought to myself, "Great, I'm going to be in here into the afternoon." To my delight, I was seen within 10 minutes. They had the battery in stock (pleasant surprise!) and the tech told me it would be about a half-hour for the replacement. I filled out some forms and went over to the Jack in the Box next door to wait. As promised, 30 minutes later I picked up my phone, working right. The bill was a little over $32 with tax. Very happy. Granted, it was a straightforward battery replacement, but it's not easy (I've done it myself). Thanks, CPR!
