The day I went in the costumer service was has nice helpful and explained everything to me gave me a price right their to choose to fix my tablet. In was ready when they said it would be only problem was when I got my tablet back their we're little gouges on the sides of the tablet that was not their when I took it in but overall satisfied with the work not my 1st time using this place.
