I'm a person who is indifferent to customer service. I expect fair and competitive pricing, value, and products, but I don't necessary mind if staff are extremely friendly or to the point. But, I would like to express my kindest sentiments for the service and knowledge I found at CPR. I even witnessed a difficult customer interaction being handled well - professionally but assertively.
