Walked in and witnessed one of the technicians serving another customer. While I waited I noticed that the technician did a very good job of making that customer feel welcome and at ease. After a satisfactory exchange between them, the technician then diagnosed the issue with my phone and made a couple of recommendations that would most likely repair the issue I'd been having. His first recommendation seems to have completely taken care of my phone's issue and it has since performed flawlessly. Based on this visit, I certainly recommend using them for their professionalism toward their customers, as well as their knowledgeable assistance in repair.
