Ask for Lucas, Nick or Joshua! These guys are awesome, professional and knowledgeable. I had a plane to catch later that evening to Colorado, so I desperately needed my phone. I first took my phone to Verizon, ( West Boughton) but they were unable to retrieve the S Pen itreivably broken and stuck in the back of it. I wasn't sure anyone would be able to get the piece lodged in my beloved Samsung Galaxy Note 8 out at this point. CPR came highly recommended by one of the Verizon employees. I make the short drive from one end of Boughton to the other. I explained my situation, and was quoted a price, ($45 possible) and wait time (45 minutes). I figured I had at least an hour, so I decided to go get a cup of coffee across the street. I surrendered my phone, and began filling out my customer contact information. It was 12: 05 pm. Before I'd even finished filling in my information, my phone was fixed! It hadn't been 5 minutes. I still expected to pay $45. I was impressed because I wasn't overcharged or taken advantage of. My total bill ended up being a whopping $5.00 with $1.20 for tax. I am extremely satisfied. I spent more time after I got my phone back just thanking them than I did waiting on my phone.
