I had an iPad 3 with a cracked screen in 3 different areas, and I thought it was ruined. I looked this place up on google and requested an estimate. They responded to me right away and emailed me the next morning. I took in my iPad and was greeted with friendly staff- Tricia. She answered all of my questions and concerns and gave me an estimated time it would be finished. She even made recommendations on other products which was helpful. I returned later in the day and was greeted by J.J. who was just as friendly as Tricia. He was able to quickly finish the tech work needed to get me out the door. J.J. went over the warranty and explained the return policy if needed. I am impressed with the service and friendly staff and would recommend this place to anyone needing iPhone or iPad repairs. I have a 2nd iPad which also has a cracked corner that is starting to scatter and I will be taking it in for repairs in the next few days.
