I dropped off a phone to get the battery changed in the morning. They verified whether they had a spare battery in stock before accepting my phone. I left my email address for them to contact me when they will be done. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email early afternoon telling me my phone was ready for pick up! All and all, this was < 6 hours from drop off to pick up. I will see how the new battery performs, but so far, very satisfied with the service!
