Our experience from looking, to deciding to buy, and thru the buying process with Kelly Cobb in Corinth, Texas. was great. We came in for one home, which was out of our budget. Kelly quickly showed us the Magnum which was slightly smaller, but a lot less $$. Plus they could build the 3rd bathroom we needed. Kelly has been most helpful, pleasant and professional. He also has a lot of experience and is quick to answer our questions. We are still locking down our land, but once that happens, we will have our approved home ordered. We look forward to the day we can move in.
