The technician was amazing. Just described the problem with my I phone and the technician all ready knew what the problem was. He fixed it within 30 minutes. I was even more pleasantly surprised at how affordable the repair was. I expected to pay 3 times as much. Have told my co workers to bring their devices to CPR and one of them is bringing his phone in next week. Top notch customer service, highly recommend.
