Over and above the norm. Scott had my Huawei Mate 9 repaired within 4 hours of my dropping it off. Had a minor issue after the repair which he was going to correct for no charge, until I dropped the phone the night before I took it there. He still offered to do the repair free (I pay parts only). I felt he was being overly generous so we agreed to a 50/50 split on the labor. This is a business with outstanding integrity. I have an old Nexus 6 that I was going to toss, but I'm going to have Scott replace the battery and screen so I have a backup. If your experience is like mine you will be treated politely and fairly. When I come across a business like this one, I'm loyal. I also don't do reviews, not unless I'm extremely impressed. CPR more than impressed me with their work. Thank you Scott.
