Very helpful in finding solutions to my problem. My phone was bent and the touch screen stopped working. I had already filed a claim with my phone provider to recieve a new phone, but I had not backed my phone up recently and I needed the touch screen to work to be able to unlock my phone so my laptop could connect to it. I only needed a temporary new screen since I had to return the phone and they were able to provide that. I had my data backed up to my laptop within 2 hours of initially dropping my phone off!
