Samuel was great. I have an iPhone 6s Plus with a Mophie on it. Had some trouble after having heavy moisture get into the headphones. “We thought”. I had taken the phone already to Sprint and the apple repairs at Best Buy and they could not help. Samuel took figured it was the a headphone jack problem but the microphone port hidden behind the mophie. We tested and it’s already started to clear itself out.
