I went in for battery replacement. Service was courteous and prompt. The pricing was fair. My only complaint is that I have no way to gauge the work done or even if it was done. My phone seems to still have issues with battery life , that it didn't when I first got it. I suggest coming up with a way to verify such things i.e. show the customer the old battery or something along those lines.
