I was referred to CPR by Emma at the Verizon Store. My phone had “died” nd the screen was not allowing for the transfer of data and pictures. I went to the CPR store on Saturday morning and Joseph was the catalyst for fixing my phone long enough to transfer data to my new phone. He was the problem solver, very knowledgeable and personable and helpful in assisting me in retrieving those memories from my phone. And I experienced the same w/other customers who came in while I was waiting to get the data transferred.
