My nephew decided along with his friends to take the Sim cards out of their phones and compare. Why they're kids who knows. So he decided in his infinite wisdom once he had it out to put it back into the phone without the Sim card tray. Surprise surprise it didn't work after that. If I went through Apple I was going to have to mail it in and the since my sister doesn't have Apple Care they were going to charge her for a replacement handset. I got her to take it to CPR cell phone repair and they took in in the back and it was fixed in like 10 minutes and it only cost me $37 dollars. If I ever need anything fixed I'll definitely bring my stuff to them. Support your local repair shops.
