CPR was hands-down the best service I've had from a repair store. I tried FOUR different repair places when I was trying to get help with my laptop and all four of them could not fix it/were unpleasant and not helpful. However, when I finally went to CPR, they literally fixed it within 10 minutes of my arrival and didn't charge me since it was a simple fix (not simple enough for four other places apparently). I came back a month later with a much more complex issue and CPR took my laptop in and had it fixed within an hour of me dropping it off and I was well on my way. Even with their high number of repair orders, they are able to fix your technology in a VERY timeless manner and they are extremely kind on top of that. Highly recommend CPR. I don't consider myself much of a brand loyalist, but I will never go to another repair shop other than CPR after my wonderful experiences there compared to other places.
