My son and I brought in a badly damaged iPhone. We were given the option of fixing it and choosing one of their used, rehabbed phones. We opted for a "new" phone and the experience was wonderful. The guys were so knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was painless and within 20 minutes, we were heading home with a "new" working phone - and a very happy 12 year old! I will go to CPR when I'm ready for a "new" phone myself.
