Jenny called and emailed me on Dec 1st from CPR Preston & Park. Jenny was concerned with my previous experience at a Dallas CPR location. Jenny was excellent and I am glad she reached out to me. She arranged for my phone to be repaired at the CPR 8604 Preston Rd Unit 112, Plano, TX 75024 the following day Sunday 2nd Dec. The service at that CPR location was exceptional. They took it in and 2.5 hours later to picked it up. An engineer named Dominic handed me a pristine phone. He had done an amazing and professional job. He clearly took pride in his work and I thanked him for it. He repaired the loose camera and flash covers. I would definitely go to this CPR again. Dominic normally works in the Preston and Park location. I live in Dallas, Uptown but the drive is worth it for the service and care taken in their work. Jenny and the Preston Road team were great and I can only thank them for the service. The team are a testament to excellent customer service and care. You can trust them. With management like Jenny you cannot go wrong. Thanks Again! It was a blessing. I still cannot believe the amazing job.
