I took my phone into CPR yesterday with a charging port that was not working. I had previously taken it into a different store that repairs cell phones and had been told that 90% of the time when they change a charging port, the screen has to be replaced, so it would be a bill of $250 because the charging port needed to be replaced. Since I didn't have it in the budget for that at the time, I went ahead and bought a much cheaper refurbished phone. Now months later, on a whim, I decided to take it in for a second opinion to CPR. Within five minutes he had the port cleaned out and my phone was working again. The charging port was just dirty. It didn't need to be replaced after all. They charged me nothing for the service. Jade was extremely helpful and proficient! I will definitely be using this service again in the future! You just don't find service like this every day!
