I was a little put off initially when the first tech just assumed it was a bad battery without any diagnosis. I went back and talked to Daniel and he agreed to do a full diagnostic before ordering parts. Turned out that with osiloscope diagnosis, the power system was all OK and something deeper in the phone was faulty that Daniel felt could not be repaired by their shop. Since this was a replacement phone for a TMobile phone that was only 6 months old and Mobile generously gave a 90 day warranty on the replacement, I have purchased a lightly used phone that will be activated on the TracFone network.
