Had issue with I Phone 5 and went to Verizon, who were really only interested in selling me a new phone for a thousand bucks. Went to one other cell repair business who didn't fix the type issue I was experiencing. Went to CPR and met Bill the owner. Bill was extremely helpful and patient with my moderate tech skills. He spent the time to diagnose the multiple problems with my old phone and was very honest about the costs to repair and possible alternatives. I ended up buying a refurb I Phone 6 from CPR for a very reasonable price. Bill took the time to download EVERYTHING from my old phone to the new 6. New 6 works great and at a fraction of the cost of a new model X that has tons of features I would never use. Very refreshing to deal with a business that is honest, candid, reasonably priced, and takes the time to provide great service - Highly recommend.
