I took my sons's S-8 in to get checked out as it was not powering up. Advised they could do a diagnostic check and let me know what they find in a couple hours. They called me with in 2 hours advised good new. They found the battery was bad. It was only 10 months old. They installed a new battery and was ready to pick up.
