I visited this shop with a problem with a Microsoft surface. I received a professional, quick, knowledgeable, and careful diagnosis of the problem from the manager. The customer service here was outstanding (a big contrast to my experience at the Microsoft store where they were unable to help and instead tried to sell me a new computer). This shop is able to handle a wide range of problems from phones/tablets/computers and their prices are reasonable. I felt confident that they would treat my device with great care and I plan to return here with future computer problems.
