Tried to have a MacBook Air repaired because of a bad battery and the damaged it caused on some parts of the laptop (some parts were swollen and the laptop can hardly close). CPR did their best to repair what they can, with repeated consultation with me along the way. Most of the issues were resolved but it needed a new hard drive which I was not prepared to spend on given the age of the laptop. Very satisfied with their handling of the case even though it took over a month to go through the whole thing.
